Gentle Support for Pregnancy and Beyond

Webster Technique Chiropractic

What is the Webster technique?

The Webster Technique is a gentle chiropractic method that focuses on your pelvis and surrounding soft tissues. It was developed specifically to support women by:

  • Encouraging balanced pelvic structures
  • Supporting improved pelvic mobility
  • Promoting an ideal environment for baby positioning

It’s important to note that the Webster Technique doesn’t reposition breech babies. What it does is may reduce restrictions and improve the conditions that allow for natural movement.

Making your pregnancy more comfortable!

Frequently Asked Questions

The Webster Technique is a specific approach used during pregnancy to support pelvic balance.

Yes. The technique is gentle and non-invasive, and it is considered safe during all stages of pregnancy.

I’m well trained in providing pregnancy chiropractic care, and prioritise your comfort and preferences.

Chiropractors do not turn babies. However, addressing pelvic alignment and tension may help create more space in the uterus, supporting natural movement and the baby’s ability to find their own best position.

Many women begin care in the first or second trimester to manage early changes and prevent discomfort. Others start later in pregnancy for support with back pain, pelvic pressure, or baby positioning.

I’m happy to guide you based on your stage and goals.

This depends on your symptoms, stage of pregnancy, and response to treatment.

Some women benefit from weekly visits, others may need less frequent support.
